- We have bought from MultiTech for some five years now. I have always been
- satisfied with thier support. They were a little weak in Unix for a while but that
- seems to have changed.

- I think that the problem arrises from the fact that MultiTech has changed its
- market stratagy. They used to be one of the most expensive modem makers
- around. But, at that time, they had one of the most solid modems on
- the market. I notice now that, even though they continue to sell their
- expensive and, I assume, high quality modems, they sell a stripped
- down version as well. One of the stripped down modems is the ZDX series.
- We changed from their more solid modems to the ZDX series. We
- lost a few features but saved a lot of money. I have an idea that
- these cheaper modems put a strain on the Tech Staff at Multi-Tech.
