  39. We have bought from MultiTech for some five years now.  I have always been
  40. satisfied with thier support.  They were a little weak in Unix for a while but  that
  41. seems to have changed.

  43. I think that the problem arrises from the fact that MultiTech has changed its
  44. market stratagy.  They used to be one of the most expensive modem makers
  45. around.  But, at that time, they had one of the most solid modems on 
  46. the market.  I notice now that, even though they continue to sell their
  47. expensive and, I assume, high quality modems, they sell a stripped
  48. down version as well.   One of the stripped down modems is the ZDX series.
  49. We changed from their more solid modems to the ZDX series.  We
  50. lost a few features but saved a lot of money.  I have an idea that
  51. these cheaper modems put a strain on the Tech Staff at Multi-Tech.
